The AA have awarded our restaurant a Rosette in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 in recognition of the quality of food that we serve. We hope that you will be similarly impressed.
Our chefs talk to our suppliers on a daily basis - ensuring they are always able to get first choice of the fresh, local produce on offer. We select our suppliers on the basis of their ability to prove the provenance of their products and, over the years, we have built excellent relationships with local businesses.

Our lobsters and mussels are delivered live from local fisherman, our crabs come dressed and our fish is whole and freshly caught - never vacuum-packed. Our meat, eggs, cream, butter, bread and vegetables are all similarly sourced from local suppliers or farms who deliver once or twice a day. Our menu is designed upon the very best of what is available locally.
